If you’re looking for a club that promotes sportsmanship as well as competitive fishing for both the experienced and novice angler, then South Pasco Bassmasters (SPBM) is the club of choice.

We offer a draw type format for boaters and non-boaters and all men and women 16 years of age and up are welcomed. Lakes are selected by our tournament committee and are within easy driving distance of the Tampa and Orlando areas.

Our season consists of 11 monthly tournaments (fished on the third Saturday of each month) as well as our year-end Classic for the top anglers. We meet on Tuesday of the week of our scheduled fishing event for pairings and tournament information. We also have a summer picnic for our families as well as our year-end banquet for our presentations for Angler of the Year, Classic Winner and Big Bass of the Year.

SPBM is a member of the FLW Outdoors as well as the Florida Bass Federation and members have access and the ability to fish in the FBF sanctioned events. We also sponsor two open tournaments during the year as part of our fund raising efforts, contribute our personal time in conservation and clean up campaigns as well as donating to worthwhile causes such as Autism Awareness and child youth groups.

Our point systems make it very competitive for all anglers regardless of skill levels and reward the anglers for their participation and involvement as well as the event itself.
