New FISHER Hawk 170 hull design enhances performance

The already-popular FISHER Hawk 170 just got even better with a new hull design that improves performance and the ride, no matter which of the three interior configurations you choose.

The FISHER Hawk 170 comes in a Single-Console model with lots of open deck space for fishermen, in a Walk-Through windshield model that protects both the pilot and the passengers from wind and rain while running, and in the popular Sport model for those who ski, pull towables, swim or just play on the water more than they fish.

The new all-welded, two-piece hull provides a platform that’s as stable as a dance floor, thanks to the 98-inch beam over a wide 82-inch bottom. And when the boat is up and running, the new integrated-construction hull with 19 degree deadrise at the transom and 35 degree deadrise at the bow provides a dry, safe ride that irons out the bumps on choppy water.

The Single Console model has both a 19-gallon livewell in the bow and a 28-gallon livewell in the aft deck. Both livewells feature aeration and recirculation and have a pump-out system. (The Sport model has a 23-gallon livewell.)

Eight-inch gunwales create lots of room for mounting rod-holders, downriggers and other accessories and hardware. Beneath the gunwales are side-mounted rod-storage compartments.

The Hawk 170 has outboard options ranging from 60 to 135 horsepower. Standard package comes with a Mercury 60 EFI FourStroke and retails for $18,495 plus dealer prep and destination charges.

PROCRAFT® Super Pro 200 and 210 go digital

The PROCRAFT® Super Pro 200 and Super Pro 210 are serious bass boats.
Serious is also a good description for those who select a Super Pro as their boat of choice. When these anglers are on the water, the only thing they want to be thinking about is where the next cast is going. Equipment failure is unacceptable, no exceptions.

PROCRAFT engineers feel the same way and are constantly working to provide new and better features for their loyal customers. Topping the list of improvements to the 2006 Super Pro lineup is digital switching with soft touch booted keypad.

Digital switching is more than just a cool way to start the boat … it offers true benefits that translate into a more reliable performance. Another improvement comes in the form of sealed connectors for wiring.

More good news is the addition of an auto bilge as standard equipment.
As for the boats themselves, the Super Pro 200 and Super Pro 210, whether single or dual consoles, remain the quality fishing machines they’ve always been. Hulls are hand-laid with bi-axial knitted fiberglass to provide the confidence they’re going to get you where you’re going and back. And features and storage are top notch to accommodate a day on the water or a week.

Standard is a MotorGuide® 24-volt, 70-lb. thrust foot-control trolling motor. There’s also an onboard two-bank charger; a Lowrance® 1440A with surface temperature, hydraulic steering and a 45-gallon tournament-style livewell with auto-timed aeration and recirculation.
