STREN® FLUOROCAST™
The Smooth Casting Fluorocarbon

Stren® has been the gold standard since 1958, and continues the rich tradition of quality lines with the introduction of Stren FluoroCast™. The new Stren FluoroCast line is a 100% fluorocarbon line that casts like monofilament. The high-density line allows lures to run deeper and is virtually invisible to fish, giving anglers the advantage needed when fishing gets tough.

There are times on the water when fish simply won’t bite unless presented with a subtle technique, and that’s when a nearly invisible line becomes so important. Stren FluoroCast is amazingly sensitive, and provides excellent knot strength. As an added bonus for those anglers that really crank down on hook sets, FluoroCast offers excellent shock strength.

FluoroCast gives anglers every benefit that fluorocarbon lines offer, plus a few more, and this 100% fluorocarbon line won’t cut into the budget.

“Discrete fishing techniques typically require a line that is super strong and nearly invisible to the fish,” said Shaw Grigsby Stren Pro Angler. “This is precisely why I use Stren FluoroCast, the only 100% fluorocarbon line I would use on my finesse reels. It is perfect whether I am sneaking up on a bass or redfish, but doesn’t snap with a strong hookset. This sensitive line is truly a smooth, castable fluorocarbon for any level angler.”

Available in a clear color and pound tests ranging from 4 to 17 pounds, Stren FluoroCast comes in 200-yard filler spools with an MSRP of $8.99-$9.99, depending on pound test.
